Soraya has been an essential part of West Boca Dental Care since 2012, with many years of dental experience before joining our team. As Lead Dental Assistant, she supports all our doctors during procedures, manages supplies, and helps ensure the office runs smoothly every day.
Her passion for dentistry shines through in everything she does. Soraya’s professional yet gentle approach makes patients feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. She is known for her strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and perfectionism—qualities that make her a trusted and highly valued member of our team.

EXPANDED FUNCTION DENTAL ASSISTANT / SURGICAL ASSISTANT
With over 22 years of experience, Diana Rendon is a highly skilled Expanded Function Dental Assistant and Surgical Assistant with deep expertise in all areas of dentistry. At West Boca Dental Care, she assists in everything from general and cosmetic procedures to advanced implant surgeries, including full-arch cases like All-on-4 and All-on-6.
Diana is certified by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and licensed in Florida. She’s known for her precision, efficiency, and calm presence in the operatory, making her an essential surgical partner and a comforting guide for patients.
She’s passionate about helping people feel safe, heard, and confident in their care—combining technical excellence with genuine compassion. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, beach walks, learning new languages, and spending time with family. Her guiding motto: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
CLINICAL DENTAL ASSISTANT
Michelle brings over 10 years of experience in dentistry and plays a vital role at West Boca Dental Care, working closely with both our endodontic specialist and general dentists to ensure exceptional patient care. Originally a licensed dentist in Nicaragua, Michelle is also a Certified Dental Assistant, X-ray certified, and trained in iTero scanning technology, allowing her to support a wide range of advanced procedures with precision and skill.
She is deeply passionate about helping patients feel more confident in their smiles and finds great fulfillment in seeing them leave the office feeling better than when they arrived. Known for being hardworking, honest, and grateful, Michelle prioritizes responsibility, strong ethics, and clear communication with every patient she assists.
